Solutions · Exporters
Your buyers changed the rules. Now you can meet them.
Agri-export is no longer won on price and quality alone. EU, UK, US and Japanese buyers are asking for emissions per tonne, farm-level origin and documented reduction plans — and treating the answers as a condition of sale. CarbonBhoomi builds the verified data trail behind your shipments.
Current challenges
Compliance deadlines are commercial deadlines
EUDR obligations, buyer ESG questionnaires and BRSR value-chain requests now arrive with purchase orders attached.
Origin is lost at aggregation
Produce is pooled before it reaches your facility, so farm-level claims cannot be substantiated on request.
Scope 3 is estimated, not measured
Spend-based factors produce numbers your buyer's auditor can dismiss — and that you cannot reduce with confidence.
What we deliver
Capabilities, in the order they matter.
Scope 3 visibility
We build your upstream inventory from primary activity data — cultivation inputs, irrigation energy, transport, processing and cold chain — so category 1 emissions are measured at the node, not inferred from invoices.
Farm-level traceability
Every supplying plot is mapped with GPS polygons and linked to intake batches, giving you geolocation evidence for EUDR due diligence and defensible origin claims per consignment.
Sustainability compliance
Audit-ready outputs for EUDR and BRSR Core, structured support for EcoVadis and CDP submissions, and a maintained view of what each destination market will require next.
Supplier engagement
Onboarding workflows, data-completeness scoring and field support bring aggregators and farmer groups into the system without adding administrative load to your team.
Carbon accounting
A GHG Protocol calculation engine with versioned, source-cited factors. Every figure opens to its method and lineage, so nothing in your report is a black box.
Reduction and differentiation
Hotspot analysis shows where intensity per tonne actually falls, and verified low-carbon lots become a documented premium story rather than a marketing claim.

Questions we get asked first
How long does it take to become EUDR-ready?
A full readiness programme — plot mapping, land-use verification, batch traceability and DDS automation — typically runs across one crop season. The determining factor is fieldwork volume, not software configuration.
What if my produce is pooled at the aggregator?
Pooling is expected. Origin survives it when identity is captured at intake, before sacks are combined, and quantities are reconciled per contributor. That is how the platform is designed.
Can this work alongside my existing ERP?
Yes. Vendor masters, purchase orders and inventory can be exchanged with the traceability layer so procurement in finance resolves to plots in the field.
