We source through vendors, not farms. Where do we start?
With vendor-to-farm resolution. Existing vendor codes are mapped to registered aggregators and their supplying plots, so the base you already buy from becomes visible without changing procurement relationships.
Our regenerative pilot stalled. What changes at scale?
Three things have to exist before scaling: a deduplicated farm registry, a field operation with defined ratios and supervision, and a data quality function that can reject bad records independently of volume targets.
How is practice adoption verified?
Field records and photographic evidence, corroborated by satellite signals, with risk-weighted physical sampling. Each claim records whether its evidence is field verified, remotely observed or farmer reported.
